Sometimes called a salmon wellington, this is a gorgeous dish that is delicious, healthy, filling and most importantly, deceptively easy to make. If you’re entertaining, you can do all the prepwork (not that there’s a lot of it) in advance - just pull it out of the fridge, score, baste and throw it in the oven for a delightful meal.
